If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel it and refund your payment immediately. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to refuse delivery, and we’ll refund your payment once we receive the item back at our warehouse.
Your safety is our top priority. If you experience any discomfort while using our Crystal Hair Eraser, please discontinue use right away. Please refer to our proper usage instructions and safety precautions. If you experience any skin irritation from using the product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Simply send us a photo or video showing the results you got, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
We understand that shipping and delivery delays can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please reach out to the courier. If you’re still having trouble, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll do everything we can to locate your shipment. Please note that we’re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but sometimes things can get mishandled during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a picture, and we’ll be happy to replace it. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for damaged items.

If your Crystal Hair Eraser has stopped working within 30 days of receipt, please let us know, and we’ll replace it for you.
To return an item, please ensure it’s in its original packaging and unused. Don’t worry, we’ll inspect it within 10 business days of receiving it. Once we confirm that it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 40 business days. To help us quickly process your return, please include your order number and shipping name in your return package. Otherwise, a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund. Also, please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs.
